Pretty Foil!

Hi OCS Fans!
Today's card is a bit different for me as I usually have a coloured image on my card. I wanted to try something different for a change. I pulled out my Heidi Swapp Mini Minc machine, some light pink foil and away I went!
I decided to cut out these pretty flowers using the MFT Floral Fusions Cover-up die and some Heidi Swapp Toner paper. Once it was cut I ran it through the Minc with some pink foil. Just a simple layered card with a die cut "thanks" and a butterfly.
It's hard to get a good picture with the foil. If you use a flash it just bounces off it. Trust me the foil is super pretty!
This sentiment is from my stash and I just added another cute die cut butterfly.

The Minc machine is fun to use and the possibilities are endless! Lora has lots of fun Minc accessories over at her store! Check the out!!
Thanks for stopping by today!

Hummingbird Flight

Hi OCS Fans;

Summer is officially here, which also means that school is out and the children will have two whole months to chill and have some fun other than school work.

For my card today, I used the Hummingbird Ring stamp from High Hopes.  I used the Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Markers to colour the image.  Once coloured, the image was then cut using a Spellbinders Circle die which was mounted on the Lacy Circle die.  This die was cut on Toner Paper and then foiled with Teal/Silver Ombre foil. Pop by next week and I will show you want other things can be done with the Heidi Swapp Minc Machine.  As this card can be used for any occasion, I didn't add a sentiment.

There is still time to enter this month's "Anything Goes" Challenge to win 2 unmounted High Hopes Stamps.  For any supplies that you might need or desire, check out Lora's OCS store for some great products.

Until next time, Happy Crafting;

Berry Nice -- High Hopes Stamps!

Happy Friday!!!!
I've been playing around with this super Summery mouse from High Hopes.

You can find the stamps used on this design here ...

The image is coloured with Copics and I created an outdoor scene around the mouse for some added Summer goodness!
I thought the ribbon was a fun touch and coordinates well with the stamp. The sentiment actually reads "Make a Wish" but I only inked up the "Wish" as it fit perfectly on the card.
The seeds on the berry were coloured with a white sharpie marker. Its one of my faves as it stands out so well against Copics. Stitches were also added and some fun gingham pattern papers which totally reminds me of the season :)
 I love this time of year and June especially for Strawberry season!

Born To Golf

The countdown to the first official day of summer is on! so I thought a golfing card would be fun to play with this week.
I personally don't golf but I have more then a few friends and family who do. "Swinging Sherry, Golf Cart" and a sentiment from the Sentiment #4 set from High Hopes all helped me bring my vision to life.

I started my card by cutting my side step base and colouring and fussy cutting my images. I added some fun patterned paper from Echo Park I got on my last road trip to One Crazy Stamper a couple weeks ago and some grass and flowers. The fun clouds were added using some clear acetate - they look like they are hanging there on their own don't they?!?
The sentiment was stamped and cut out using a stitched rectangle die. Star Dust stickles give to bling to the flower centres and a few gumdrops finish off my card. Sherry is popped up with pop dots as well.

Disco Divas!

Hi!
It's Wednesday so that means I am over on the OCS Blog for my weekly post! I made this card using the "Shake Your Booty" stamps.
I decided to use the papers from the Doodlebug Under The Sea 6x6 collection! The cute mermaids in this paper pad inspired me to colour the hair on these divas with a totally "non-hair" colour! I always love the bright and fun papers in the Doodlebug collections. I'm using the HH "Don't Stop The Music" sentiment and matching SVG file to layer behind it. Some ribbon and polka dots using the Pico Embellisher finished it all off.
I hand cut around the gals and popped them up on an action wobble for a fun interactive element to my card. It looks like they are "shaking their booty's" LOL.
Watch the video to see them in action!
On the inside I used the High Hopes sentiment called "Get Your Happy On".
Copics used:
Skin: E00, E21, E95, R20, RV09
Hair: R21, R22, R24 / BV04, BV06, BV09
Tops: YG21, YG23, YG25 / BV04, BV06, BV09
Pants: BV04, BV06, BV09 / R20, R21, R22
Pico Embellisher in Tuxedo White to make the polka dots

For Any Occasion...

Hello OCS Fans;

My card turned out differently than what I had originally envisioned.  A crafting mishap occurred -- I forgot that the window behind me was opened and  a  sudden gust of wind scattered some gilding flakes around and not where I wanted them to go.  Needless to say, my creativity took a different turn.  As I wasn't sure of what sentiment to add, I didn't add any.  This way it can be used for any occasion.

There is still plenty of time to enter this month's "Anything Goes" challenge.  I hope you get a chance to play a little in your craft room and try some new techniques and remember to stop by Lora's OCS store for supplies.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a great day, and until next week

Sending You...Thanks!

Thanks friends for stopping and another fun challenge going on here at One Crazy Stamper and I get to share my card today there, and I picked an older Your Next Stamp called Spring Owl that I had and loved to share.  I wanted to so you this fun Bo Bunny pattern paper called Forever Young Collection.  I also wanted to make a swing card, I have a template I found and it wasn't big enough, so I tweaked it to make it fit my image.
