                        Happy Wednesday High Hopes Fans!

The party is continuing at High Hopes Rubber Stamps with their new Party Time Release. I hope you've had a chance to pop by and check out all of the fun Birthday themed stamps and sentiments! 

My post features "Pretty Gladolias" and the "Love & Laughter" sentiment. We have had very little to no sun over the last few weeks and flowers make my heart happy so I decided this stamp was perfect to make me smile - I hope it helps bring a smile to you too! It also makes me wish for Spring but that is another whole story <smile>

I coloured my stamp with alcohol markers then fussy cut it with my trusty manicure scissors. The sentiment was stamped on cardstock after cutting out a square with a stitched die. A honeycomb pattern die cut was added to spice up my layout a bit but I really wanted to keep the layout on this one quite simple. 

Some crystal hearts from my stash finish off my card.

Birthday Wishes.....

Have you seen the latest release from High Hopes Stamps called "Party Time"?  For my card today, I have used the adorable image called Kovu's Birthday.  I used some Nuvo Mousse with a soft piece of paper towel to colour the balloons.  A dark umber prismacolour pencil was used to add some highlight to Kovu's fur.

Party Time Charlie

 Welcome back, it is time to party!  Charlie is ready.  My card today for the challenge here at One Crazy Stamper, and the new release from High Hopes Rubber Stamps.  "Charlie Party Cow" is showing us how to do it right.  

I added some balloon dies, and colored my image using copic markers, the sketch is pretty fun too, and is an option for the challenge, but fun to use.  I used the sentiment and colored it using copic markers as well.

Happy Belated Birthday from HIgh Hopes Stamps

Another Friday (Yippie!) and I'm smiling just thinking

about the weekend!

Today's creation is made with

High  Hopes Gladiolas found here!

And

Belated birthday wishes found here!

Such a beautiful flower to create  with.   I stamped the flower at multiple

heights, did some masking and stamping for a different 

look to this design.

Flowers were coloured with Copics, sewing stitches, 

and added butterflies for a more sophisticated look .

The sentiment was stamped in a blue chalk ink and a banner 

was hand cut just for fun

I should also mention that I used a bottle of shimmery mist over the entire card and some brown distress ink for added vintage goodness!

Celebrate with Charlie, the Party Cow!!

Welcome OCS Fans;

Myra Webb our Guest Designer for this month is back with another card from this month's HH Release called "Party Time".  More details can be found on Myra's blog.

Will you be needing a card for an upcoming birthday? Celebrate with Charlie, the party cow! There's balloons and bling, oh, my!

Both the cow and balloons are 3 layers with pop dots in between. If I were to redo this card again, I would pop just the cows head one more time. I put glossy accents on the balloons to help them stand out and I used a label punch to cut out a piece to emboss a birthday greeting. 

This is my second card for One Crazy Stamper, using their High Hopes Stamps line.

I have always been a creative type with my early days spent in pottery and ceramic painting, oil painting, crochet and knitting, and folk art.
