Happy Spring!

Good morning.  Today is the first day of Spring.  Does it feel like it where you are?  Not for us, we are still experiencing cold and snowy weather.  I honestly do not mind but I know there is a lot of complaining about it going on around me. 

The card I have to show you today is cheerful and happy like Spring and not a snowflake in sight.  It features a Whimsy Stamp by artist Elizabeth Bell.
