Cat Lady Try-fold card

Well it certainly feels like summer now that we're in the month of June... did you happen to see our new OCS June challenge that was posted yesterday?  If not, scroll down and you can see all of the inspiration brought to you by the entire OCS Design Team.  I am using the fun Cat Lady Try-fold set by Art Impressions today.

I adore colouring with Copic markers, so Try-folds are perfect cards for me, as that's pretty much all there is to it!  I've got a few pictures to show how each of the panels look:

All of the cutting/scoring/stamping instructions are included with the stamp set, so assembly is quick & easy.  You'll notice that I add patterned paper to the back of each flap, to hide the slight bleed through by the Copics.  Lora has quite a selection of Art Impressions stamps in the One Crazy Stamper store, you can find them all here.

Beach Try-fold card

Hello stampers!  I'm kicking off the month of May with a bright & fun Try-fold card using Art Impressions Beach TF Set:
When I saw these Doodlebug papers in the One Crazy Stamper store - I knew immediately which stamp set I'd use!  The card base is just a flat rectangle of patterned paper, and when the ribbon is untied, this is how it opens:

I tried to colour the signs as though they were weathered with fading paint!
The stamp set includes all three beachy images, plus the sentiment: "may your life be filled with blessings as countless as the grains of sand" - and includes complete stamping/cutting instructions.  After colouring, I glued some patterned paper to the back of the two side panels to cover up where the markers bled through.  There are several Try-fold stamp sets in the OCS store - so you'll want to check those out!

Art Impressions Try-fold Santa

Hello OCS fans!  How are your Christmas cards coming along?  Now that we're into November (yikes!) it's time to kick things into high gear!  I have a special card to share with you today - it's called a Try-fold card, using an Art Impressions stamp set called Sleepy Santa Try-fold (Sku#)4341.  Every year there are always a few people for whom you'd like to make a card that is a little extra special, and this one fits the bill.  The card is folded into thirds, with three different stamped images that you open up - I've included a bunch of photos in today's post so that you can get the idea:

The Try-fold card is on the left.  When it is complete, it is mounted onto a flat piece of 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" cardstock, and tied with some twine to hold it shut.

This is the inside, where the sentiment has been hidden behind the other panels.  This is a crowd-pleaser card every time!  All of the instructions on how to stamp the images are included with the set.  The second card that I've shown is a regular card, just using the sleeping Santa image - to show you how easy it is to just use the images on their own.  Lora has several of the Art Impressions Try-folds stamp sets available in the One Crazy Stamper store, you can find them here with the Art Impressions stamps.
