I can't believe it's the last day of March already! BBQ season is just around the corner. Honestly, I have a few neighbours that BBQ'd all winter since we didn't have a typical winter. I can't wait for the first burger off the grill which is what Flame Broilin from High Hopes Stamps reminds me of - I can taste it already!

Before colouring my image, I added the "lips" from the Ironing Irma stamp and then coloured with alcohol markers and fussy cut it. I mounted the image on some sky/grass paper to help it pop a little. I paper pieced his apron using paper from Doodlebug. The sentiment was created on my computer. Some twine and gumdrops finish off my card.

Frog in Boxers

Frog in Boxers from High Hopes Rubber Stamps.  Doesn't this image just make you smile.  I love coloring this little friend. And sure did enjoy using the spellbinder dies.  The Bo Bunny pattern paper I had worked awesome.  As well I colored my frog up using Copic Markers, and added some glue to his eyes to have them glossy.  I hope you get a chance to enter your creation here at One Crazy Stamper.
Thanks again for stopping and have a great day.

Happy Easter -- High Hopes Stamps

 Wishing you a Happy Easter!
A little festive card created with Bunny Blooms from High Hopes Stamps found here.
I used pink Easter grass, faux daisy's and felt Easter eggs on this Spring design. Lots of light and airy colours here :)
An easel card is always a fun platform for creating a scene!
The Paper banner is hand cut with white card stock and glued to a piece of bakers twine.
Coloured with Copics, White Sharpie Marker and Wink of Stella for a bit of shimmer.

Thanks for peeking! Watch out for the Easter Bunny this weekend!

Flower Birthday

My mom texted me a couple weeks ago and asked me to make a birthday card for her dear friend. I know she likes purple, pink and yellow, and flowers. I also knew Garden Fence from High Hopes Rubber Stamps would be the perfect stamp for her card.

I coloured my stamp with alcohol markers, and added some glitter to all the flowers with a rose and clear sparkle pen. I used paper from Little Yellow Bicycle, K and Company and my stash. Grape Jelly Gumdrops and some white ribbon from my stash finish off my card.
My mom's friend loved the card and even sent an email to be forwarded to me from my mom to thank me.
