Thankful For Friends Like You

Happy September OCS fans! Fall is in the air - it is my favourite season. I love the crisp feel in the air and my cozy sweaters. 

Thanksgiving is just around the corner to and I am always thankful for the friends I have in my life. Our friends come in all shapes and sizes so I chose to use this more of a Halloween theme stamp to make a card celebrating my friends just for fun. 

These fun friends are coloured with alcohol markers and cut out using a stitched rectangle die. I added some freckles to the dog and cat using a brown marker. The sentiment was created on my computer and cut out using fishtail banner dies and mounted on patterned paper from the Story of Fall collection from Echo Park. I left the die on the image and used baby blue ink around the edges. Some gumdrops finish off my card.

A Witchy Ride We Go......

Well OCS fans, are you ready for Halloween -- it is only ten days away.  For my post today, I have a fun card for you, at least I think it is. Are you ready to go on a Witchy ride.  I have used two stamps from the newest release "Joys of the Seasons" High Hopes; Witchy Ride for the outside of the card, and Pumpkin Buddies for the inside.  I added an Action Wobble to Witchy.

Pumpkin Buddies!

Happy Saturday!

Today for my OCS post I'm sharing with you the super adorable image called "Pumpkin Buddies"! This new release from High Hopes Stamps called "Joys of the Seasons" is so adorable and so much fun to create with!

For a little something different, I made the "Pumpkin Buddies" into an adorable little candy box for my Nephew and filled it with his favourite Halloween treat. There is a little flip up section that I added the sentiment called "Frightfully Delightful" and used a set of small magnets to help keep it closed. I had to make a second card and kept the design simple with just a spider border and some ribbon.

The sentiment on the inside is also from HH and is called "Simple Halloween".
