Hang In There!

I'm back with another card for you today...this one for One Crazy Stamper featuring an adorable image from Whimsy Stamps Chrissy Armstrong Collection.

I colored my image with Copic Markers: E47, E44, YG67, YG17, YG25, YG23, R85, R83, R81.  I fussy cut the image and popped it up on foam tape for added dimension.  I used papers from KaiserCraft's Bubblgum Hills Collection.

Cute Fall

OCSOCT2

I was pretty excited when I opened up My Mind’s Eye paper pack and saw this chevron pattern. It’s a pretty hot pattern right now, huh?  I colored up this Your Next Stamp Apple Pie Cutie  to pair with it.  This little girl could be me, 10 years ago, ok maybe 20 years ago. Not only did my Mom put pigtails on me every day of my life, but we have an apple orchard at my parents house. Every day after school before going in the house I would grab and apple or 2 off the trees and go inside for an after school snack. yum!  I love Fall and apple’s are definitely up on my list of favorite parts of Fall.

What’s your favorite part of Fall? Thanks for taking a look!

Mini Folder Tag

OCSoctI used CC Designs stamp set Butterflies Postage set to make this gift tag. I really love a cute little tag or card that fits on a present.  My papers are from MME Happy Go Lucky.

And I used a  Lilac Viva Decor pen! These pens are so cool.  I love them because you can totally go crazy on your cards with them and not feel like you are wasting.  I use to try to make really ornate/decorative cards but always hated giving them away because I was sure they would end up in the waste bin. So I finally decided to use a more Clean And Simple approach. Now I don’t even give a second thought to giving my cards away.  So Viva Decor Pens are PERFECT for me. Use as much as you want, these pens last forever!

Thanks for stopping by!

U did it Bookmark

OCSOCT4I want to show you a bookmark I made using one of my favorite Stampaive/Mo Manning images. I love Oxford, all ready for school. My little man started preschool a few weeks ago and this reminds me of him.  In fact on his first day of school, I told him I wanted him to look nice so he came out of his room with a stripped polo and a clip on tie. It was pretty cute stuff. I managed to talk him out of the tie, mostly because I knew he’d take it off after about 5 minutes and lose it.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!

Spooky Halloween & Some Gerber Daisies to Share

Hi Everyone:

Lora here...yes I know I'm a little late getting this post up for you today. I am sharing a couple of cards with you today that have some history for me. But first off I want to congratulate all the lucky winners of our September challenges. The new brick and mortar store opened it's doors on September 10th to and wonderful group of visitors. We look forward to new things for the blog and the store.

So for today's post I am sharing a card for you made by for me by my friend Molly. Gerber Daisies are my favourite flower and Molly made this beautiful card for me. Along with this card I received the most tremedous delivery of Gerber Daises you have ever seen..I do have a picture of them but they were on another camera I didn't have with me today. So I'm sharing the card for now. Molly coloured this card with Copic's and used my oh so favourite Flower Soft in the centre of the Daisies.

You can see more of Molly' cards on her blog HERE!

Now I have another card to post for you using Haunted House from Kraftin' Kimmie which you can find in the store. I have a secret...please don't tell Jacilynn cause she's gonna kick my butt...but I made this card last Halloween and couldn't part with it because it took me the ENTRIE weekend to make it. FYI for the challenge you cannot link back to a previous post but I really wanted to share this with all of you now. I posted it to my personal blog last year. I had intended that this card go to my daughter's teacher but needless to say she received a different card...cause I still have this one.

You can find all the details on this card HERE!

I'm looking forward to seeing all you uber cool creations for this month's challenge...we have a cool prize pack from Your Next Stamp to give away again this month...so please let us see your work!

Have a wonderful day!!

Hugs,
