My sweet friends -- High Hopes Stamps!

Hi there and Happy Friday!
I'm just about done making my Christmas Cards for the season!!
Today I'm creating with the following High Hopes Stamps!
&
I added rustic wood grain paper to the background, and coloured up these little cuties!
The Joy sentiment is also from High Hopes and I stamped that in a rustic red ink from Tim Holtz. Stars were added with some acrylic paint and gold Stickles  for the finishing touch!

Thanks for peeking!
Have a great weekend :)

Peace, Love, Joy

Welcome back OCS fans.

For today's card, I have gone a bit outside of my comfort zone. I did a variation of a Panel Pull-Out Card (by Dawn Olchefske) that I saw on Splitcoaststampers.  Instead of doing five panels, I did three so that the image would fit nicely in the middle of a panel.  I also attached the panel to a card base instead of a single sheet of cardstock.

The center panel is white cardstock that was cut to be 5" x 11 1/4" and scored at approximately 3 3/4" from either end.  I also finished the inside of the card, which I usually don't do.

Another Kit! and a Garage Sale!

Hello everyone!  Hope you're enjoying a crafty Saturday :o)  I have the latest OCS Card Kit ( #21 ) to share, but first an ad - if you're in the Bolton area, stop by the One Crazy Stamper store today, there is a Garage Sale going on!  Gently used or (a ton of) never before used products are up for grabs at some amazing prices.  First come first served - bring some cash with you!
And now for the newest card kit... Here is Polar Sleigh RR006 from High Hopes Rubber Stamps:
He is a little different from our other card kits - as you'll be creating a little scene.  Everything you need to create four cards is included in the kit - card bases & envelopes, cut pieces and stamps.  You need some ink, adhesive, pop dots and the colouring medium of your choice to complete them.  The stamps are unmounted rubber, so you'll want to pick up some EZ Mount stamp cushion if you don't have any at home.  The sentiment is Think Snow 2 - also included.  You'll get a full colour instruction sheet including Copic colouring suggestions.  These are available right now in the OCS store here!  And if you're heading to the Creative Festival in Toronto next weekend - you can grab a few card kits there at the booth.  Happy stamping!

This week, I am sharing "Christmas Baby Boy" with you all - he was a lot of fun paper piecing his pajamas and hat...And all the glitter I added to his hat, pom-pom and the bow on the gift adds some nice bling!

I stamped the image with my Momento Black ink, colored with copic markers then layered on some super cute Winter paper. I added a pretty snowflake and some pearls and popped him up with some foam squares. The sentiment is from one of the OCS Christmas card kits! Here's a close up of this cutie:

Elvin Eldar welcomes you to Day 11!!

Today I'm sharing Elvin Eldar from High Hopes "Seasons of Joy" release.  The sentiment is Naughty List also from High Hopes.  I'm sending this little cutie off to my 7 month Grandson in early December.  I know how could a 7 month old baby possibly make the "Naughty List" right?!  Well according to his Momma he is a little nuisance sometimes lol.  I think him cutting 4 teeth in just a few days then biting her toe may have sent her over the edge.  Sorry I'm chuckling inside just thinking about it...but we Nana's get to do that.

I colored Elvin with Copics here's the list:

Skin - E000, E00, E11, E04, E21, R22 & R20
Hat & Pants - R89, R39, R46
List & Pen - BG34, BG32, BG11
Beige - E43, E42, E81
Green - G28, G19, G17
Square die cuts - R89, R46, G28, G17 with rag & Blender Solution
