pink Christmas CAS (clean and simple) card using ...
I decided to create a clean design using lots of white space along with pink and gold
details too.
The  trees are coloured using a fine felt pen, gold stickles and glossy accents.
I added the sentiment that was stamped in a raspberry distress ink and pop dotted
for extra dimension.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year High Hopes and One Crazy Stamper fans! I can't believe this year is coming to a close in just a few days!
My final post for this year features "Party Penguin" from the Winter Joy release.

How fun is this little guy going to his New Year's party with his balloons and favourite snack!! He would be perfect for a winter birthday card too!

The card layout I chose for this stamp is a little more simple then I usually do - it was soo fun to do a more CAS style card!
This cutie is coloured with alcohol markers, hand fussy cut leaving a bit of a white edge and popped him up with pop dots. The balloons and candy have clear sparkle marker on them and are very sparkly! Once I was done with my image, I cut my patterned paper pieces to size and stamped my sentiment. I stamped some fun party confetti on my background paper and added a few sequins for some extra sparkle.

Card Recipe
Stamp: Party Penguin - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Sentiment: Happy New Year - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Patterned Paper: Party Patterns - MFT, Water Colour Washes - Lawn Fawn
Tuxedo Black Memento ink, Misti, 3D foam dots - Forever In Time, Mini Party Confetti stamp - Your Next Stamp, Pumpkin Pie ink - Stampin' Up, sequins, Crystal Stickles, Clear Spectrum Sparkle pen

Spectrum Noir Markers: BG5 BG7 BG10 CT1 CT2 GB5 AP1 AP3 AP2 CG1 LV1
Copics: B02 B04 B06

A Happy Penguin card

Hello everyone!  I am sliding a guest post in just before Christmas with a card featuring my two favourite High Hopes stamps!  I made four of these up this afternoon, and have pieces cut and ready to assemble four more.  Here is Happy Penguin #PP002 and that funky little tree Simple Winter Tree #RR021 :
I used Copic markers to colour the penguin and the tree on the right, the others were paper pieced.  I used pop dots to raise the penguin up a little and added some snowflake die cuts.
A few weeks ago, I made a tag that I just adored, and it was my inspiration for making up the cards.  Since my cards have all been sent out this year, these are the first of my 2018 stash!  Have a very Merry Christmas!

Holiday Cheer All Year

It is only 4 days until Christmas but I had to make one last Christmas card to share with you.
I made this card with all of you in mind, our One Crazy Stamper fans, my fellow design team members and blog followers.

My wish for all of you is health, happiness and holiday cheer to last all year. I'm looking forward to another year of fun and sharing cards and projects. Merry Christmas to you!

I coloured my card with alcohol markers and hand fussy cut it. I love some bling and glitter on my Christmas cards so I added some glittery snow and Nuvo glitter drops to the "yard", house and sky. I cut out a fun frame totally by accident to be honest <wink> but that is a story for another day and added it behind my image. The sentiment was stamped and cut out using a fish tail banner die. Some matching ribbon and my favourite - gumdrops - finish off my card.

Card Recipe
Stamp: Gingerbread House In Heart - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Sentiment:Holiday All Year - High Hopes Rubber Stamps
Patterned Paper: Gingerbread Cottage - Craft Smith

Christmas Joy....

I don't know about you, but I have always associated gingerbread with Christmas.  The fresh aroma of gingerbread cooking seems to feel the air with the Christmas spirit and joy.

For today's card I have used the adorable Ginger Family in Heart.  I coloured the image with copics and added some Nuvo Crystal Glaze and Nuvo Glitter Accents Fresh Snowfall.  The embellishments on the side are from BoBunny's Christmas Wood shapes and were coloured with some  Zig Wink of Stella Pens. I then used a Clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle Glitter Pen to add some glitter.

Supplies used;
Do find some time to come and play along in our Christmas/Winter challenge.  We can't wait to see what you create!

Thanks for stopping by and until next time, happy crafting.
