Get Ready for Fall!

Another month arrives, and with it a new theme. This months’ theme here on the One Crazy Stamper blog is Fall. Come visit daily for new inspiration from the talented Design Team.

My first fall card for you uses one of my favorite stamps in the High Hopes Rubber Stamps inventory. I just can’t resist a sunflower! This great image is Sunflower Smiles.

How cute are these little friends?!!! This is the "Wagon Full of Blessings" stamp from High Hopes. I love Fall with the cooler weather and colours of the leaves! If you are in need of a little Fall inspiration, head on over to the OCS and HH Blogs. The Design Teams have been showcasing Fall/Halloween images all month!

I used a Circle Quilt die and cut a few papers with it from the Lawn Fawn Sweater Weather 6x6 collection. I fussy cut my image and popped it up with foam tape for some added dimension. The "Happy Fall Y'all" sentiment just sums up my love of Fall.

Okay, so it might not quite be fall yet but it is just around the corner and this month the design team will be working with fall and Halloween stamps! 

Fall is my favourite time of year. I love my cozy sweaters and the cooler temperatures. I also love that where I live, as the crops, flowers and produce come off the fields I have numerous road side stands to stop at to purchase fresh from the farm items.  

Farmer Clem is pretty proud of his corn this year as I am sure all of the farmers where I live are proud of their produce and flowers. 

I started by stamping Farmer Clem and then masking him off to stamp the cornstalk. After colouring my stamp with alcohol markers, I cut it out with a stitched rectangle die and added some clouds with a dauber and baby blue ink around the edge of a cloud die. This proud farmer was added to paper from Doodlebug, and the sentiment was masked off, stamped and cut out with a fish tail banner die. 
Some twine and gumdrops finish off my card.
