Welcome Everyone;

The summer as we know it, is almost over as the children go back to school in a couple of weeks.  This means that Fall is approaching and before we know, Halloween will be here.

Today's card is a CAS one using the cute Halloween image called,  Boo Crew in Frame from High Hopes Rubber Stamps.

Happy Halloween!

Hi OCS Fans!
The Design Teams over on the One Crazy Stamper and High Hopes Blogs are using Fall/ Halloween themed stamps to get you inspired!! "Ghost Trio" is one of my favourite HH stamps for Halloween! There's something about their expressions that just endear them to me!
I decided to make a night sky background for them using a variety of Tim Holtz Distress Inks. I fussy cut the image out using my Brother Cut N Scan and popped them up using some foam squares. The sentiment is also from High Hopes and is called "Block Happy Halloween". I also jumped out of my comfort zone and used Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol to colour with. I still have to practice but loved how my image turned out!
I added some splatters to the night sky using a paint brush and some Pico Black Embellisher and some Copic Opaque ink.
Here you can see I also used some gold splatters using a gold glitter pen and water. I was trying to mimic stars in the sky.
Prismacolor Pencils:
Dark Brown, Chocolate
Orange, Cadium Orange Hue, Jasmine
10% Warm Grey, Violet, Spring Green

Happy Stamping!
