Guest Designer Martina Brill

Please help me welcome March guest designer Martina Brill to the OCS Blog! She's created this super cute card using a Whimsy Stamp and coloring it with her copics.
I love the vintage accents and the ripped paper.  Did you know I'm a ripped paper recovering addict?  I love the "messy" look of it!
