Fluffle Hugs!!!

Did you know that a group of bunnies is called a Fluffle?  Seemed fitting for this card to be entitled Fluffle Hugs!  I decided to make a fluffle of bunnies using the High Hopes Rubber stamp image "Flop Eared Rabbit (H013), by masking and stamping the image five times.  Gotta love fluffles!!

After the image was grouped together I colored them with Copic markers, and then added depth and highlights with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol.  I then fussy cut the fluffle, and placed it on to a card front with a clear acetate panel, showcasing the patterned paper on the inside of the card.  The stamped sentiment is from one of my Stamping Bella images, and HUGS was cut with a My Favorite Things die.

Card Supplies - Copics - 100, T5, T8, T10, E11, E13, E15, E35, E37, E39, E41, E42, E43, E44, E50, E51, E53, R11

Choices!!

Happy Hump Day!
I wanted to share with you a card I made using the Stamping Bella Uptown Girl "Chandler Makes A Choice". I love the Uptown Girl line and this stamp is "sweet" in more ways than one LOL! Oh the choices Chandler has to make! If it was me I'd say "I'll take one of everything!!
This card base is made with my Silhouette Cameo which made it very easy to put it together! I coloured the image with my Copic Markers and then added a touch of Clear Glitter wink of Stella pen to various parts on all the treats. A bit of Doodlebug Twine and some YNS enamel dots finished everything off!
This sentiment comes with the stamp set.

Just to Let You Know.....

I probably shouldn't tell you this but I almost forgot to post a card for today.  Blame it on school!!  I spent the entire day at student orientation in downtown Calgary, learning all the ins and outs for the course I am starting next week, and by the time I got home, all I wanted to do was relax, so................ it is now 11pm my time and I just remembered to do this post.

This sweet image is another fabulous image from Stamping Bella featuring Petunia the pig and new chick friends - Nice to See You Petunia available here.  And before you ask, yes the u is missing from the sentiment because you are missing "U".  The image was colored with Copics, then fussy cut and put on a background that I created with some Copic Various Ink refills and Colorless Blender solution.  The glasses that the animals are all wearing received a coat of Judikins Diamond Glaze to replicate the look of real glass.

Card Recipe

Congrats!

Hi Everyone!
Nothing's better than toasting a friend's accomplishments with a great glass of wine! Today I'm sharing with you I card I made using a stamp from Stamping Bella called "Closeup Clink". It's a nice larger image that colours up quick and easy!
I'm using paper from the Echo Park Jack and Jill (Girl) 6x6 collection. I kept my design simple with only 2 patterns and some pink cardstock to layer with. I used a die from Pretty Pink Posh to make the stitched scalloped edges on the pink patterned paper. A few pearls and a sentiment from the set finished off my card.
The set comes with 3 sentiments and I used another one for the inside.
Copics used:
Skin: E00, E11

Shopping Style

Here in Alberta, we are slowly melting our way through the summer heat as temperatures are in the high 20's and low 30's once again, so what better way to beat the heat then to go shopping in wonderful air conditioned malls.  My card today is a perfect fit.

This is Stamping Bella's Uptown Girl Charlotte Loves to Shop that I have stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Copic Xpress It cardstock and then colored with Copics. I gave the purse under her arm a layer of Wink of Stella clear to add a hint of glimmer.  The sentiment is included with the image, while buttons, dp and jute all are from my stash.

Senior-Ita Wanda!

Happy Saturday All!

Don't you just love Stamping Bella's Senior-Ita Wanda?! It doesn't get any cuter than Wanda sending you a big sloppy kiss! MWAHHHHH!

I always colour 2 images when I am making a card. It helps to build up your stash and in case you make a huge mistake you have a back up as well.  I decided to use the design paper from Echo Park's We Are Family. Echo Park is one of my favourite companies for paper! I always pick my paper first and then colour to coordinate with the paper. It just works the best for me! I used dies from Spellbinders (Lacey Circles) and Pretty Pink Posh (Stitched Borders 3). A bit of ribbon, some enamel dots and cabochon flowers were my embellishments of choice for these cards. I added Crystal Stickles to the flower enters and on Wanda's lips.
This stamp comes with 2 sentiments. I used both on these cards. Of course I always use some of the scraps from when I trimmed my paper to add on the inside of my cards.
Copics used:
Skin: E00, E11, R20
Lips: R22, R24
Hair: W3, W5, W7
Flowers: R20, R22, R24, YR31
Leaves: G20, G24
Blouse: BG10, BG11, BG13, BG15

Well I've got your attention....don't forget to enter into the One Crazy Stamper Challenge "Anything Goes"! You have all month to enter for a chance to win!
