Ready, Set, Glow

Sharing a little bit of magical fun today, with my card for this months theme of Fall or Halloween.  This adorable image is Little Wizard that I colored with Copics, then fussy cut and adhered to the card front.  The card front was made with an older Martha Stewart punch and layers of paper.  I just love this little wizard and his owl!!

Freezin' Season is Coming!!

Well the weather here in Alberta has been a roller coaster the past week - Saturday was 29, Monday was a balmy 5, and today...... only Mother Nature knows!!!   Monday's weather definitely made me think of snow, so coloring this image was no problem.

This little cutie and her friend is Skating Snowlady from High Hopes rubber stamps and is available at One Crazy Stamper.  I have colored the image with Copic markers using the Colorless Blender to add dots to the scarf and mittens.  The blades of the skates received a coating of Wink of Stella silver, while the pompoms on the hats of both the skater and the little bird have Flower Soft Polar White details.  The sentiment from High Hopes rubber stamps is also available here, and I added Stickles to the ice that is part of the sentiment.

Today I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you all about this fabulous tool that is available to supplement your Copic coloring.  A couple of months ago, I started seeing a lot of coloring bloggers talking about this wonderful Hex Chart that Sandy Allnock designed featuring Copic markers  arranged by colors, not numbers.  Wow is all that I can say!!!!  This fabulous chart has opened a whole new world of options in color combinations that I would have never thought to use together.  Here's a sneak peek of what it looks like -

The chart is available to purchase through Sandy Allnock's website at http://sandyallnock.com/hexchart.  If you love coloring you will love this chart!!

Rose Red

No bright spring colors for me today, although the theme of the card could be spring as it features a bird with a nest full of eggs. Instead I have colored with one of my favorite colors red!!

This beauty is Rose Red from Little Darlings Saturated Canary line of stamps.  I have colored her with Copic sketch markers, then mounted her on Bo Bunny paper, added a Martha Stewart border punch of leaves, and a sentiment from my stash.

Amber Butterflies

Wow, where oh where did the month of January go?  Time seems to have quickly passed and now  it's time for me to post my last card for One Crazy Stamper this month.

This gorgeous image is from Saturated Canary and is entitled "Amber" and is available here.  After coloring the image with Copics, I cut the image and the surrounding mats with Spellbinder dies, then mounted it on a card front featuring an older My Sentiments Exactly sentiment, ribbon, a Memory Box butterfly die and a Martha Stewart butterfly punch.  Both of the butterflies were coated with two colors of Viva Décor Inka Gold ( Turquoise and  Jade ) before they were adhered to the card front.

Teacher's Rule

The challenge this month here at One Crazy Stamper is Anything Goes plus an embellishment, which is really easy - just add ribbon, flowers, etc, or in my case for today's post, I have added ribbon and a charm!

The image is a gorgeous stamp from Stamping Bella entitled Uptown Girls - Tessie the Teacher that I have colored with Copics, then added metallic silver details on the globe, and Judikins Diamond Glaze on the lenses of the glasses. The abc, 123 border is a Martha Stewart punch, the ribbon and charm came from a local big box craft store, and the sentiment is from an older MFT stamp set. The dp is from Pink Paislee's Old School collection.

A Cup of Love

The colder weather is definitely here now, with probably more on the way, and today's project for One Crazy Stamper would be an ideal gift for someone special.

I have colored up the High Hopes image "Snowy's Cup" with my Copics, then fussy cut the image and placed it on a little gift bag that I created using my Scor-pal. I used the Martha Stewart Snowflake border punch as a decoration around the base of the bag, and added touches of glittler with a Sakura Clear Star pen, and red berries with a Viva Decor Pearl Pen. The bag is full of hot chocolate mix and a couple of cinnamon sticks to add some extra flavor. The sentiment "Cup of Cocoa" is the perfecrt way to present this gift!

Please check out the rest of the One Crazy Stamper design teams wonderful projects for this month's theme of Christmas, and then enter your project for a chance to win!

A Kiss Please!!!

Terrific Tuesday is here again, which means that I get to show you my project here at One Crazy Stamper, and this month's Anything Goes challenge is so much fun to play along with. This card was actually suppose to be for next months challenge theme ( and no I am not telling you what is, but maybe you can guess ), but while coloring on Friday night with my coloring buddies, I realized just how many stamps I have waiting to be colored yet, so I just had to share with you! Isn't she just the cutest!!!

This is "Kisses", a delightful image from Penny Black and the talented artist Mo Manning!! I stamped her with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Copic Xpress It cardstock, and then colored her with Copic Sketch Markers. After fussy cutting her ( which I seem to do an awful lot of ), she is pop dotted on to the card front that I created using a Martha Stewart punch around the page border punch, and dp from Authentique's Lovely collection. Don't you just want to lean down and receive a big wet kiss from this little sweetheart.
Please take a few minutes to visit the creative design teams creations, then get creative, and enter to win an awesome prize by following the Anything Goes challenge theme.
