Ryder Cole

Hi All!

This has been a very busy few months over here!!!!  This is my last weekend to get studying because next week I have all of my finals.  Whew!  I was able to sneak away and get a little crafting done!  It was much needed!

I keep grabbing this image!  I love it!  It is perfect for teens and I NEVER can think of anything for them!  I love Ryder Cole!  He really just makes the card come alive all by himself!  I used some fun paper in my stash and used those SUPER cool mini screw brads that are in the store!

Enjoy your week!

Double the Fun!

Hi All!

Well I have two cards to share with you today!  I was unable to post with all of the other talented ladies on the design team due to the loss of a close friend of my husbands but I still wanted to participate in this months challenge!

This months challenge was to use clear or acetate.  I used acetate as the card base!  Such a fun way to make the basic square card!  I used the adorable Walkabout Wallie.  I also used MFT Dienamics for the grass.

My next card uses Ryder Cole.  I love these images because they are great for the in between masculine group.  I used MFT Dienamics for the chevron pattern.  I also used the fun brads in the store that look like screws.

Sassy Bling Baby!!

Happy Valentines Day everybody, I hope that you are all spending the day with your special someone!!
It's Terrific Tuesday  here at One Crazy Stamper which means it's my turn to shine, so without further ado, may I present the fabulous Bling Baby from Whimsy Stamps Kenny K collection!!!!

This sassy little lady was stamped with Memento ink onto Xpress It paper, then colored with Copics.  Labels 14 from Spellbinders was used to cut the image out, then the edges were inked with a Brilliance Starlight Silver Dew Drop ink pad, and mounted on metallic silver paper.  The front of the card was made by stamping Street Art from Whimsy Stamps Backgrounds collection with Versa Mark. and embossing with white embossing powder.  To give the card and sentiment a silver glow I used Delta Sheer Silver Glaze over both ( the things you find when looking for something else in your stash!!!! ).  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps Film Strip Sentiments and there is a matching die to cut it out.  The edge of the card has a punched border of hearts cut from silver metallic paper using a Martha Stewart punch.
The theme this month here at OCS is LOVE IS IN THE AIR and you still have two weeks to enter the challenge for your chance to win, so check out the rest of this blog and the creative talents of the design team members, then get creative and enter!!

Kenny K Cheers!

Hi All!

I am LOVING these Kenny K images!  They are so fun to color and the girls are sooo sassy!  A lot of the masculine images out there are for younger guys and boys but I love that this image is perfect for the older guys in our lives!  I kept this card simple and just added some linen thread with the button.  I wanted this card to be masculine so I did';t add to many frills to it.

Kenny K Super Mom

Hi all!  It has been a super busy end of summer here!  We recently moved and downsized and boy was that a process!  My stamp area is in a bit of a chaotic status but thankfully I worked ahead before packing things up!

For this weeks card I used Super Mom from the Kenny k collection over at One Crazy Stamper.  This months challenge is fun in the sun so I made sure to use some pretty yellow on my card.  I love using this shade of red with the soft yellow.  One of my favorite color combos!!!  Happy crafting and join in with this months challenge!  Also, check out the Summer Sizzler sale!!!  TONS of GREAT products marked super low!

Kenny K Cutie

Hi all!  Remember last week I told you I LOVED whimsy stamps?  Well I really, really do!!!!!  I have been drooling over the Kenny K line for awhile but I am always reluctant trying new companies because I know I will fall head over ink pads for them because I have yet to find a stamp company I haven't become addicted to!  She was super fun to color and I added a little felt to her too (the flower and heart) to make it a little more funky.  Hope you enjoy!!!

Supplies:  Ink-Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics (Clothes--B97 R22 W3 E34 E47  Hair--E49 E47 E57  Skin--R20 E00 Other--R35 C1 B00) Whimsy Stamps--Kenny K (Queens Cutie)
