Summer

Good  Morning!  Wednesday just kinda snuck up on me this week with the long weekend (Monday in Canada), the horrible thunderstorms we have been having and my power being off more than it was on.  But I did manage to finish a card to show you today.

When One Crazy Stamper introduced the Your Next Stamp "Darling Diva" Collection I knew I had to have them all.  Well, I do not have all of them but I do have half.  This one is Summer and how fitting is she for the upcoming season.  And I, of course, added a flower to follow our current monthly challenge.  You still have time to enter; see the pinned post above for details.  And the prize just happens to be a couple of the "Darling Divas".

Supplies Used:  Copic Xpress It Blending Card Stock, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Your Next Stamp "Darling Divas" Summer, Copic Markers, Whimsy Stamps "Ticket Notes", Whimsy Ticket Die, Time Holtz "Tea Dye" Distress Ink, Glossy Accents, Gold Stickles

Happy Spring!

Good morning.  Today is the first day of Spring.  Does it feel like it where you are?  Not for us, we are still experiencing cold and snowy weather.  I honestly do not mind but I know there is a lot of complaining about it going on around me.

The card I have to show you today is cheerful and happy like Spring and not a snowflake in sight.  It features a Whimsy Stamp by artist Elizabeth Bell

A close up of Honeybee:

Sassy Bling Baby!!

Happy Valentines Day everybody, I hope that you are all spending the day with your special someone!!
It's Terrific Tuesday  here at One Crazy Stamper which means it's my turn to shine, so without further ado, may I present the fabulous Bling Baby from Whimsy Stamps Kenny K collection!!!!

This sassy little lady was stamped with Memento ink onto Xpress It paper, then colored with Copics.  Labels 14 from Spellbinders was used to cut the image out, then the edges were inked with a Brilliance Starlight Silver Dew Drop ink pad, and mounted on metallic silver paper.  The front of the card was made by stamping Street Art from Whimsy Stamps Backgrounds collection with Versa Mark. and embossing with white embossing powder.  To give the card and sentiment a silver glow I used Delta Sheer Silver Glaze over both ( the things you find when looking for something else in your stash!!!! ).  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps Film Strip Sentiments and there is a matching die to cut it out.  The edge of the card has a punched border of hearts cut from silver metallic paper using a Martha Stewart punch.
The theme this month here at OCS is LOVE IS IN THE AIR and you still have two weeks to enter the challenge for your chance to win, so check out the rest of this blog and the creative talents of the design team members, then get creative and enter!!

Love, Hugs and Kisses

It's time for my Terrific Tuesday post at One Crazy Stamper, and this week I've chosen one of the boys from Kraftin' Kimmie's Snips and Snails set to color.

The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Copic Xpress It paper, colored with Copic Sketch Markers, and cut with Spellbinders Wonky Squares.  The stitches were drawn with a Copic Multiliner, and the sentiments are Whimsy Stamps Mini Love Tickets and matching Mini Ticket die.  The dp is from the Ad Lib paper collection by Bo Bunny, ribbon and brads are from my stash.
