Good Company!
I have a very Victorian feel card for you today for you today for One Crazy Stamper.
I used some beautiful dies for today's card on some tan cardstock. The edge die is Lace Light Deco Border from Cheery Lynn Designs. The oval is the Lacey Oval CR1204 from Mariann Design.
For a fun touch I threaded some pink/white bakers twine through circular holes on the oval die. A simple tip for you....use a dab of glue to twist the *needle end* of your thread...and it is simple to sew through the holes with no fraying tip!
Papers are from Authentique's Lively collection. I colored the image from Flourishes set From The Desk Of with Prismacolor Pencils.

From the Desk of and Spellbinders Bossabilities Product Review.

M-Bossabilities Embossing Folder - Enchanted

These new M-Bossabilities Embossing Folders from Spellbinders are amazing. As each folder has two detailed designs they are reversible and therefore more versatile. They only need to be run through the Cuttlebug once and the recipe is Plate A, cardstock inside the folder, 3 pieces of cardstock as a shim, then plate C (these are the instrustions from Spellbinders). I did it twice; the first time with the shim, and the second time without the shim and achieved the exact same results. It is certainly well worth the money as you get two embossing folders for the price of one.
For the above card I trimmed it down to size and then distressed it using the Victorian Velvet Distress Ink.
Supplies used:
- Stamp: From the Desk of (Flourishes); Sentiment - Birthday Hugs (Popcorn Bear)
- Ink: Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black, Distress Ink - Victorian Velvet
- Paper: X-Press It Blending Cardstock, DP - Victoria Garden (Echo Park)
- Spellbinders: Deckled Rectangles Large ( Nestabilities), Grommet Tags,
- Spellbinders M-Bossabilities Embossing Folder: Enchanted
- Copic Markers: R81, R83, YG17, E19, BG70, BG93, E40, E41, E81
- Atyou Spica Glitter Pens: 14 - Blossom, 17 - Mint
- Miscellaneous: Ribbon - Woven Lace (Hero Arts), Brads - Enchanted (BoBunny)

- Atyou Spica Glitter Pens: 04 - Orange, 00 - Clear

Listen With Your Heart

The set is Beauty Within by Flourishes. I stamped my images with Memento ink and colored them with Copic Markers. The sentiment is also from this set.
Copic colors: YG13, YG17, YG67, V09, V15, V17, B00, B02
I cut the image out and then layered it on a Spellbinders Labels Thirteen die. My ribbon is heated with a heat gun to crinkle it up.
I stamped the oval that surrounds my word from the Fancy Accents Spellbinders Compatible Set and cut it out.
The designer paper is BasicGrey's Kioshi collection which I ran through the Cuttlebug Victoria embossing folder. I sanded the embossing to highlight it a bit futher.

Mini Gift Booklet
Hi Everyone! I hope not everyone is snowed in! We are working on a couple feet yet again!
So with that said I created a little somethin, somethin to make indoor time a little more fun.
Originally I designed this mini booklet to store some tea bags in as a little girlfriend gift. This mini booklet I changed up a little to place seeds in from my garden to give to people who enjoy my plants in my garden. I have written up and made a diagram for all to print off and to create this fun booklet. Click here to download directions.

More Beauty Within!

I have a clean and simple card to share today. I'm loving the Flourishes set Beauty Within. I mis-stamped an image, and if you know me, you know I don't like to toss anything!!
For this technique, I stamp my images on *acetate* which is actually re-purposed packaging. Anything that comes in a clear package, that is not all scratched up, goes into my acetate scraps bin. I stamp my images on the acetate with Stazon ink....and noone knows that I'm being *green!*
So, even though I mis-stamped my image on the scrap acetate, I decided to salvage the rose and cut it out of the image to use as my focal point. I had an extra piece of the Technique Tuesday lace border that I had glittered for last week's card laying handy on my desk....so I decided to go with a clean and simple card with the same elements.
I cut a Spellbinders Labels Five die down to frame my rose and glittered the edge with Art Institute glitter. I used the Victoria Cuttlebug embossing folder for an elegant backdrop for my rose.
Happy New Year Wishes to you all!
