Yesterday, being National Scrapbook Day was a busy day for One Crazy Stamper. There were several Make 'n Takes, great door prizes, and great sales to be had at the store.

Good morning and Happy National Scrapbook Day! Today I have a pretty card full of flowers, using Gardener Gayle. I made this card with our "May Flowers" monthly theme in mind hence the floral DP, floral die cuts, floral button and flowers in the image. Which way to Celebrate

I love this die set from My Favorite Things (currently out of stock but there are tons of great dies in the OCS store!)   I’m really drawing to colorful cards these days so here’s a quick and easy card I made using the MFT die set. 

Do you love to doodle?  I recently saw doodling as the theme of an online challenge and it reminded me about how I love to doodle!  Do you ever do that?  Get out of the habit of using a technique you love and then remember it and fall in love all over again?!  I used my Uniball white pen…if you don’t own this pen, you should.

Dreaming of Spring

Surprise!!!
As a last minute favor for Design team member Aaemie I get to post another card this week, and it's a bright spring colored card to finally celebrate the arrival of spring here in Alberta. ( Shhhhh, don't say it too loud, or the winter fairies might just decide to return and share a few more flakes of snow - horror!!! )

This adorable little dragon is taking a well deserved nap and dreaming of all of the pretty flowers soon to arrive. I have colored up Dreamy Dragon from Whimsy Stamps artist Sylvia Zet with my Copics, then added Icicle Stickles to the flowers for that extra shimmer and shine. The image was cut and matted with the Spellbinders Big Scalloped Circles die. Paper flowers are all from my stash of Prima, while the flower centers are either Kaiser rhinestones, pearls made with the Cream Viva Decor Pearl Pen, or cream Kaiser self adhesive pearls.

Hello and Happy Friday!!!!  Wow this has been a VERY long week for me, thank goodness it is Friday and now I get to spend time with my Hubby and play in my craft room, phew!
